Cyusa Ian Berulo is the creator of the Berulo Ecosystem, a social impact initiative that uses technology to strengthen monitoring and evidence-based decision-making for children, families, communities, and institutions. He also founded the Berulo Foundation on August 4, 2017, with a mission to combat school dropout, violence, delinquency, and other challenges affecting vulnerable communities, while promoting unity, solidarity, humanitarian assistance, human rights, financial literacy, and sustainable development.
This platform is a secure and integrated digital solution designed to connect schools, families, communities, local governments, donors, and applicants while providing real-time ECD, UWI, and School Management. It supports attendance tracking, accountability, conflict identification and resolution, violence prevention and response, emergency reporting and alerts, accurate reporting, and early identification of dropout risks. Within its education solution components, the Berulo App is also used by MINEDUC under the name “KARAME.”
Beyond education management, the platform facilitates communication and information sharing, provides transparent and dignified assistance to people facing serious life challenges, enables IQ competitions and recognition of innovations, and provides reliable real-time updates and verified news. Through these capabilities, it supports institutions and community leaders in making informed decisions while advancing sustainable, technology-driven solutions and empowering the next generation to become responsible, compassionate, and empathetic leaders with integrity.
